We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join our team to help us continue to support and optimize our production sites. As a DevOps Engineer you will have a strong technical background and be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production issues, developing monitoring solutions and tools which will automate daily operational activities.

Your problem resolving skill will benefit customers directly, insuring Spoken is able to meet all its commitments to our customers. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (Script, SQL, C/C++, JAVA), performing SQL queries, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges, build and develop tools which will automate daily operational activities. Responsibilities also include working alongside development on Spoken Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks. The Cloud Network Architect role provides the leadership to identify design requirements and propose solutions for platform needs that are highly technical or specialized in nature.  While working with a team of colleagues the Architect will be responsible for the development and design of network platforms that integrate into a Cloud Network Infrastructure ensuring optimization of the platform.  The Architect would also provide technical consulting support to clients and sales partners for complex network design, product recommendations and solution proposals, while providing a high level of communication to clients and internal corporate resources.

We are looking for an Avaya Architect with senior level expertise to spearhead the development and implantation of cloud-based initiatives to ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve business and IT performance and budgetary objectives.

The ideal candidate would be required to work within an engagement team and would be responsible for the coordination of technology strategies, resource allocations and project priorities.  They would be responsible for leading projects to develop and recommend scalable solutions for Telecom services and ensure that initiatives support the corporate vision.


  • Translate business requirements into high-level design documentation for consumption among technical peers and/or stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate other technical and Project Manager Resources to deliver solutions that follow best-practice standards.

The Customer Success Manager is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated ability to effectively build strong business relationships at all levels within assigned client account(s). As the chief client advocate within Spoken, you will socialize the client’s wants, needs, and priorities within and across the organization, defining and driving all client objectives for the program. The CSM is a key contributor to the management team, positioning assigned Client programs for growth by maximizing client satisfaction and driving line of site to future revenue.  Proactively offers solutions that address client pain points, thus ensuring clients realize full value from Spoken products and services.   

Utilizing your strong Project Management skills and technical account management background, you continually drive alignment between the client’s program needs and Spoken’s offered products and services.   Lead the internal charge on behalf of your clients for program uptime and stability.


  • Directly responsible for recurring revenue attainment for assigned clients.
  • The CSM captures, organizes, prioritizes, and works cross-functionally to ensure client requests are addressed with high quality and maximum responsiveness.
  • Seek to minimize production outages and service interruptions on behalf of assigned client accounts by holding internal platform owners accountable for strategies and approaches that promote long-term program stability.

The Desktop Support Specialist’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end Users can accomplish business tasks.  Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  Uses and applies basic technical principles, concepts and techniques, as well as requiring that the Specialist give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. Spoken Communication is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting Team. The primary responsibilities of the positions consist of completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

We are a small team and there is significant growth potential for the right person.


  • Prepare purchase orders and match the invoices to the purchase orders
  • Accurately code and input invoices into the Great Plains accounting system
  • Assure that payments are made timely
  • Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items
  • Handle vendor calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain W9 database current for 1099 requirements. Complete annual 1099 reporting
  • Receive and verify expense reports. Coordinate with payroll for reimbursement
  • Collect and verify credit card receipts, reconcile to monthly statement
  • Assists in compilation of documents for annual audit
  • Support General Ledger maintenance with reporting and tracking tasks
  • Participate in month-end closing and management reporting, as needed
