If you use call forwarding to forward your messages to GotVoice, you will need to deactivate call forwarding on your phone. To deactivate call forwarding:
On your
mobile phone, follow your carrier’s instructions to deactivate call forwarding to the GotVoice number (206-428-1261). Every carrier has a different method for deactivating call forwarding, so it’s best to go to your carrier’s website and search for instructions. Here are a few instructions from popular carriers:
