Gilad Odinak, Chief Executive Officer
Gilad is the founder of Spoken Communications ®™, bringing 20 years of experience in computer software and hardware research and development. Most recently he lead the R&D group at Wingcast, a joint telematics venture of Ford Motor Co and QUALCOMM, providing advanced services and applications incorporating state-of-the-art wireless communication, GPS, voice processing and embedded hardware and software. Prior to joining Wingcast, Gilad had spent 12 years at Microsoft Corporation developing systems software for various products including Smart Card security, GSM wireless communication and multimedia operating systems. Gilad is an inventor of record on more than 20 issued and pending patents and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and a computer science from Tel-Aviv University.
Bill Norman, Chief Operating Officer
Bill has 28 years experience in operations management supporting the computer hardware and software industry. He spent more than ten years at Microsoft Corporation. Most recently he was the Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Operations. Bill had management responsibility for global operational teams consisting of a multinational workforce of 2000 personnel including full function regional operating centers located in the US, Europe and Asia. This complex organization provided customer support, transactional systems, turnkey manufacturing and supply chain management involving 80 companies with 180 locations worldwide. Previously Bill spent 17 years at Digital Equipment Corporation where he worked in all aspects of operations including manufacturing, logistics, materials management, transactional systems as well as the creation of Dec Direct. During his time at DEC Bill also worked to establish supply chain systems consulting services at the company. Bill holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Cliff Harlow, VP Client Services
Cliff brings 20+ years of experience in technology and consulting services across all areas of technology management from strategic planning, to custom applications, to 7x24 operations. Prior to Spoken, he was at T-Mobile USA where he established and led many new departments including IT Infrastructure, Business Analysis Group and the IT Project Management Office. He was responsible for developing company wide call center technologies (IVR and skills-based call routing), telephony and data networks. Previously, at Microsoft Corporation and Dimensions Consulting, Inc. he managed the planning and execution of multiple worldwide system implementations and client engagement. Cliff’s first job after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Mississippi was as a Pilot in the United States Air Force.
David Milstein, VP Engineering
David has 14 years experience in software development, software development management and program management. Prior to joining Spoken, David spent 9 years in Microsoft Corp in various software development and development management positions, working in Cryptography, GSM, Smartcard, mobile services and mobile devices technologies. Prior to Microsoft, David was the head of software development at Fortress U&T, an Israeli start up that was sold to M-Systems in the year 2000. David holds 43 issued and pending patents and has a B.Sc in Computer and electronics engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Llance Kezner, VP Sales
Llance Kezner has had a leadership role in the customer communication space since 1996 and brings 15 years of sales management experience to Spoken. Most recently he was Vice President of Business Development and Channel Sales for InstantService and responsible for acquiring marquee call center clients and resellers in a variety of Fortune 500 and Global 5000 companies. Llance is a regular contributor to many customer service publications and writes regularly on various blogs. Previously, he co-founded an early stage technology company providing web self-service applications to global contact centers and before that he co-founded a wholesale distribution business that sold to national retail chains. Llance received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and specialized in International Relations.
